Refund policy
At Glowing Louka, every piece is crafted from premium fabrics and finished with hand-applied Crystal Asfour crystals. We want you to be completely confident in your choice — which is why, with Glowing Louka, you can try before you buy.
At your doorstep. When your order arrives, you’re welcome to try your pieces on for fit before you pay. Keep what you love and simply hand anything that isn’t right back to the courier — you only pay for what you keep.
At our showroom. Prefer to shop in person? Visit our Almaz Showroom [Mukkatm, street 2, v.44] to explore the collection and find your perfect size and style before you order.
Once your order is final
Because you can try your pieces before you pay — at delivery or at our showroom — fit and style are confirmed before any purchase is complete. For this reason, once an order has been tried on, accepted and paid for, the sale is final. We’re only able to offer a refund or replacement for items that are faulty or incorrect, as set out below.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece you’ve kept turns out to be faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram @glowinglouka, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping — at no cost to you.
To be eligible, the item must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal/liner intact, in its original packaging.
Bundle & promotional items
Items purchased as part of a bundle (for example, the cover-up bundle offer) follow the same terms above. Where a replacement is made for a faulty bundle item, the bundle is kept complete and the original bundle pricing is preserved.
